Vrensted Hostel

Vrensted Hostel B&B is located in the heart of the peaceful little village Vrensted, only 5 km from the exciting and popular coast city of Løkken and close to much of Vrensted's beautiful nature.

The old yellow-brick building that now houses Vrensted Hostel B&B was originally built as a retirement home back in 1959. Since then, it has also served as an activity center and a hostel. In April 2024, the current owners, Jon and Anne Knudsen, took over the building and began an extensive renovation both inside and out.

Vrensted Hostel B&B is a small oasis in charming vintage style, with high wall panels and unique wallpaper. The atmosphere is cozy, warm, and full of soul, offering peace and quiet far from the hustle and bustle of the big city. Guests are encouraged to disconnect from the digital world for a while and enjoy presence and the moment — for this reason, there are no phones or TVs in the rooms or common areas. However, free WiFi is available.

Vrensted Hostel B&B is a traditional hostel with shared bathrooms and toilets located in the hallway for most rooms. There are 18 sleeping places across 7 rooms. During the high season from May to September, breakfast is served in the cozy dining room. Meals are primarily made with local and organic ingredients.

The hostel is located close to the Hærvejen and Klosterruten routes.
