The story takes you underground in Tingbæk Limestone Mines. Lots of bats live here. You may have even already seen a bat hunting in the night sky after sunset?

The bats hunt insects, which are its favorite food. The bats find their prey with ultrasonic screams, which it emits with high-frequency tones that we humans find difficult to hear. The bats can be difficult to spot, but in the winter they hide in the Thingbæk limestone mines, among other places.  

Keep an eye out for the events at Rebild Centre with Thingbæk Kalkminer, which makes bat arrangements around the autumn holidays in week 42.
